How do flight reservations work?
Our platform connects travelers with the best flight options to and from the Dominican Republic and Cuba. Billetaxo acts as a platform that connects travelers with local tourism service providers. 4. Top-ups to Cuba (Complementary Service)
How do top-ups to Cuba work?
The process is simple: choose the mobile operator (Cubacel or Nauta), enter the number to top up, select the amount, make the payment and confirm. Most top-ups are credited in less than 3 minutes. No hidden fees and with immediate confirmation.

5. Global eSIM (Complementary Service)
What is eSIM and how does it work?

6. Gift Cards (Complementary Service)
How do gift cards work?
Select the amount, personalize the message for the recipient, enter the recipient's email and make the payment. The recipient receives the gift card by email immediately and can use it in any of our services.

What payment methods are available?

What happens if an operation fails?
If the failure is Billetaxo's responsibility, you will receive a full refund within 1 to 3 business days. If the error comes from third parties (mobile operator, eSIM provider, payment gateway), we will assist you in managing the solution with them.
